Work Principle:

The modular oxygen and nitrogen generation machines adopt the principle of PSA (pressure swing adsorption) technology. Pressure swing adsorption technology utilizes the different ad­sorption capabilities of adsorbents for raw gas under different pressures, while selectively ad- sorbing each component of the raw gas under a certain pressure. When pressurized, the adsorp- tion capacity of the adsorbent is enhanced, and alarge amount of impurity components in the raw gas are adsorbed. After reaching saturation, the pressure is reduced, and the adsorption capacity of the adsorbent is weakened during decompres­sion, A large amount of these impurities are pre- cipitated to regenerate the adsorbent. On this basis, using a combination of alternating opera- tions can achieve the goal of continuous separa- tion of feed gas.
